As part of our team, you will play a vital role in providing guests a consistent shopping experience by ensuring products are in stock, accurately priced, and presented on the sales floor. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks including cashiering, stocking, and maintaining presentation standards, all while delivering exceptional guest service.

This role offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience in guest service, retail operations, and team collaboration. You'll gain:

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

1. Greeting and assisting guests while managing workload.
2. Working across departments to maintain a full and organized sales floor.
3. Stocking products and executing merchandising plans.
4. Conducting price changes and ensuring accurate signage across all departments.
5. Performing audits and scans to maintain inventory accuracy.
6. Supporting guest services through cashiering, order pickups, and drive-up services as needed.
7. Processing inbound deliveries to ensure correct inventory levels.
8. Maintaining backroom organization and adhering to safety protocols.
9. Monitoring progress on assigned tasks and demonstrating attention to detail.
10. Creating a welcoming shopping experience for guests.
