Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver an exceptional dining experience by greeting guests, serving food, and processing payments at the cash register.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant.
• Adhere to operational standards and safety protocols to serve fresh, quality food.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen and rotate among different positions, including front counter, drive-through, or kitchen.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily goals in a fun and supportive environment.

Candidate Qualifications:

• Team players who are friendly and eager to help
• Previous operations experience is a plus
• Some high school education
• Food Handler certification may be required based on local regulations (cost met by the employee)

Working Conditions:

Job tasks will be performed in a lively kitchen environment that may include hot steam from food and high noise levels. Employees should expect to be on their feet for extended periods and will need to lift items up to 50 lbs. Effective communication skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities are essential for managing the fast-paced environment.

Pay Range: $16 per hour - $19 per hour
