Location: Ohio (candidate will have the flexibility to work out of their home office but must reside in Ohio) Schedule: Full-time, Exempt | Report to ORC's Columbus, OH office as requested Travel: Candidate can expect to hit the road daily traveling about 75% of the time throughout Ohio

What You'll Do

  • Acquire Right-of-Way rights for transmission line projects in accordance with project guidelines and regulations
  • Support the Project Manager (PM) and project team members
  • Review real estate documents
  • Conduct basic property research for ownership and boundary information
  • Communicate with property owners and their representatives regarding right of way acquisition
  • Perform general administrative tasks

Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum of (5) five years of right-of-way acquisition experience
  • Must be proficient with MS Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, Outlook, and Dropbox
  • Must own an iOS or Android smartphone to access ORC systems
  • Bonus Points if you have an active Ohio Notary and/or Real Estate license!

The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for benefits and employee travel reimbursements.
