BluSky, a leader in commercial restoration and renovation services with a strong focus on large scale projects, is seeking an experienced Construction Project Director. In this role, you will oversee and drive the restoration projects resulting from water, fire, and storm damage, ensuring not only the structural rebuilding of sites but also facilitating the restoration of our client?s peace of mind. You will manage multiple project teams and be responsible for all phases of construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to BluSky's high standards. Develop project plans that meet client requirements and company goals. Lead, supervise, and evaluate project managers and other staff. Maintain continuous communication with clients, stakeholders, and teams to ensure project targets are being met. Manage budgets, project resources, and material procurement. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations. Implement risk management strategies to minimize project risks. Prepare detailed progress and performance reports for upper management.
