Job Opportunity: Specimen Collector Phlebotomist

Millennium Health LLC is an accredited specialty laboratory with more than a decade of experience in medication monitoring and drug testing services. We are looking for a Specimen Collector Phlebotomist to join our team in Columbus, OH. The role involves collecting patient blood, urine, and/or oral fluid (saliva) specimens, processing and packaging collections for shipping, and serving as an intermediary between the practice/clinic and the laboratory.

Requirements for the ideal candidate include:

- Certified phlebotomist with 1+ year experience in the field (experience considered in place of certificate)

- 6+ months of experience as a specimen collector or 1+ years of experience in the medical field, directly supporting patients preferred

- 2+ years of customer service experience can be considered in place of medical experience

- Demonstrated ability to navigate a smart phone and computer required

- Valid driver's license required; reliable transportation

- Medical insurance/billing and/or familiarity with medications/diagnostic codes is a plus

High School diploma or equivalent required

Physical requirements: sitting 60%, walking 20%, standing 20%, lifting up to 20 lbs
