Title: Seasonal Warehouse Associate - Order Filler
Pay: $19.00 an hour
Job Type: Seasonal Full Time Hours
Shift Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday to Friday, weekends as needed, overtime as needed.

Available Shift Details
5:00am-1:30pm Monday-Friday. Overtime hours and extra days required during peak periods.

About the Role
We have a terrific opportunity at our logistics & fulfillment center for an order fill associate. You will pick customer orders safely and accurately adhering to established production standards and guidelines. You will be cross trained in other facility departments to support operational and business needs.

What You'll Do

• Retrieve a batch of pick tickets and pick cart, pallet, or cart from designated location.
• Locate item based on aisle and storage location information on pick ticket. Validate lot and SKU Information to ensure correct Items are picked.
• Pick items from bins, storage racks, or pallets. May require climbing pick cart ladder for items above shoulder level or stooping to ground level to retrieve merchandise.
• Verify item and quantity information, then attach appropriate pick ticket to merchandise.
• Unload items onto takeaway conveyor based on established release schedule.
• Promote a safe work environment by adhering to company and OSHA safety rules and procedures and reporting any unsafe behaviors or conditions to your supervisor.
• Achieve established productivity and accuracy standards.
• Maintain regular attendance and show up on time to work adhering to company dress code policy.
• Maintain schedule flexibility to work overtime hours and extra days (Saturday / Sunday) as needed based on customer volume.

What Skills You'll Have

• Proficiency in English sufficient to understand training, rules, and necessary operational and safety instructions both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to stand the entire shift and walk up to 9 miles per shift.
• Ability to read a pick ticket and numbers to locate the Item, validate the lot / SKU information, and the quantity needing to be picked.
• Understanding of basic arithmetic and the ability to read a clock / tell time.
• Ability to frequently lift items weighing 0-30 lbs. and occasionally 30-50 lbs.
• Ability to successfully complete cross training in at least 1 other department.
• Ability to work both individually and with others in a team environment.
