Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced breakfast attendant to join our team. As the breakfast attendant, you will lead a team of kitchen. Your responsibilities will include creating employee schedules, planning menus, and managing food prep and serving during events. A successful Catering Manager must provide excellent customer service and have strong organizational abilities. Ultimately, your goal is to ensure successful events and happy customers in order to grow our business.

Responsibilities:

Interview customers to determine event details

Plan event menus while keeping the client's requirements in mind

Determine ingredients and amounts and create shopping lists

Schedule employees

Hire, train, and manage kitchen and wait staff

Oversee the preparation of meals to be served

Maintain a high level of customer service

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a manager in hospitality or food service

Knowledge of food safety regulation

Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced environment

Strong customer service skills

Experience creating menus for large groups

Ability to work weekend and holiday shifts, as necessary

Education in hospitality or culinary arts is preferred but not required
