Job Description

We're looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Cold Heading Machine Operator to set up, run, and maintain precision cold heading equipment producing high-quality fasteners and components. You'll work in a clean, organized shop where safety, teamwork, and craftsmanship come first.

Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities

-Must be able to lift 50 lbs, and stand for extended periods
-Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
-Experience in manufacturing or machine operation a plus (we'll train the right person)
-Reliable, safety-minded, and ready to learn
