Position Summary

We are seeking a Junior Developer with hands‑on experience in MuleSoft, API development, and system integrations to support our client's enterprise integration initiatives. The ideal candidate is a passionate engineer ready to contribute to the development and support of modern, scalable solutions that power critical operations across the organization. As a member of the MuleSoft platform team, you'll participate in building, enhancing, and maintaining APIs and integrations for internal business applications. This role is a mix of development, testing, and operational support, with exposure to full software development lifecycle and Agile delivery methods.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy, and support APIs and integration services using MuleSoft and related technologies.
• Participate in full lifecycle development, from requirements analysis through design, coding, testing, and deployment.
• Analyze existing systems and recommend improvements for scalability and performance.
• Collaborate with team members and business users to clarify requirements and deliver high‑quality solutions.
• Conduct unit, integration, and performance testing.
• Maintain and enhance existing software, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing support.
• Document system architecture, processes, and implementation details.
• Contribute to agile ceremonies and team collaboration, using Lean/Agile methodologies.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to quality and standards.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in software development, including hands‑on experience with C, C++, C#, or Java.
• Proficiency in API development and knowledge of RESTful principles.
• Experience in MuleSoft development, including building integrations and reusable components.
• Familiarity with modern development techniques and DevOps practices.
• Experience in unit testing, integration testing, and performance/stress testing.
• Strong database development and management skills (e.g., SQL).
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across business and technical teams.
• Proven experience working in Agile/Lean environments.

Additional Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship or C2C arrangements).
• Must work onsite at the Columbus, OH office three days per week (Tues–Thurs).
