Job Overview:Locaion: 950 Stelzer Road,Columbus,Ohio,43219 Shift & Schedule:We have two shift available:2nd Shift | Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:00 PMor3rd Shift | Monday-Friday, 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM Overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed The Production Technician II operates assigned workstations and supports operations through autonomous maintenance, preventative maintenance, changeovers, and minor adjustments to ensure optimal line efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate and monitor production equipment; replenish materials as neededSet up machinery and ensure production materials are availablePerform quality checks and adjust processes based on data findingsTroubleshoot line issues and handle empty casesTrain other operators on equipment usePerform basic Autonomous Maintenance (CIL) activitiesDemonstrate knowledge and application of 5S principlesClean and sanitize equipment and work areas as requiredAccurately record operational dataPhysical RequirementsRegularly required to stand, walk, see, and smellFrequent use of hands and wristsOccasionally required to sit, stoop, kneel, push/pull totes, and stack by handAbility to lift, push, and pull 50 lbs repeatedly Total Rewards:Starting pay: $24.60 per hour.
