This is an in-person, leadership-focused role in the Columbus MSA.

A DAY IN THE LIFE, WHAT YOU'LL DO…

• Design With Impact: Serve as the primary graphic designer, creating high-impact sign and experiential graphics that capture attention and build brand identity.
• Lead With Vision: Guide and manage creative projects from concept to completion, overseeing both in-house and external designers.
• Collaborate & Coordinate: Work seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including fabricators, installers, and project managers, to ensure flawless execution of your designs.
• Innovate with AI: Integrate artificial intelligence tools into your creative workflow to streamline processes and develop conceptual designs.
• Ensure Quality: Maintain brand consistency and uphold the highest standards of quality through rigorous quality control processes.
• Manage Complex Projects: Masterfully manage and maintain timelines for multiple, complex projects simultaneously.
• Prepare for Production: Create accurate, production-ready art files for our fabrication machines and technical designs for engineering and permitting.
