We are seeking a Shipping Receiving Associate to become an integral part of our team! You will help coordinate incoming and outgoing shipment activities.

Responsibilities:

Pack delicate instruments, ensuring items are handled and packaged very carefully and securely – most packages range from 2 to 5 lbs. but occasionally up to 50 lbs.

Unpack, verify, and record incoming merchandise

Compare packing lists to company purchase orders and ensure that the products in each delivery match the packing list

Allocate received merchandise to fulfill customer orders and prepare the items for proper shipment

Receive and ship UPS and FedEx deliveries

Take inventory, maintain storage area, organize and place stock on shelves

Assist in shop area tool prep and cleaning when needed

Scan, sort and file documents

Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Previous experience in shipping, logistics, or other related fields

Ability to multitask and prioritize

Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to handle physical workload

Ability to lift at least 30 lbs.

Ability to stand, stoop, bend, 80% of the day
