As a Senior Shift Lead, you will fuel sales by engaging with customers and bringing brands to life through live events and product sampling in familiar shopping environments. You will also assist management with valuable tasks such as reporting, training, scheduling, event setup, and onboarding new team members.

About You:

• Enthusiastic and friendly, comfortable engaging with customers and management
• At least 18 years of age
• Available to work 4+ days per week, including Sundays and Mondays
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly and stand for up to 6 hours
• Willing to prepare, cook, and clean work areas and equipment
• Have reliable transportation to and from the work location
• Possess excellent customer service and interpersonal skills to connect with clients and team members
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach and a focus on results
• Capable of working independently as well as fostering team collaboration
• Adhere to a safety-first approach in a retail environment
