SENIOR ARCHITECT (Licensed)

Superior knowledge of construction and building technology, strong leadership, focus on quality control, and mentoring project teams.

Responsibilities

• Review projects under development and develop standardized details for office-wide distribution.
• Lead project management and staff education and mentoring.
• Present directly to the client on technical and design solutions.
• Work closely with the Project Manager to execute project plans and supervise teams' design and technical delivery.
• Coordinate project execution and ensure quality control.

Qualifications

• Professional degree in Architecture (Bachelor or Master) and 10+ years of experience in building detail development, construction, and construction administration.
• Licensed professional registration.
• Knowledge of emerging trends in construction technology and materials.
• Experience in healthcare design; experience in science, technology, higher‑education, or workplace design is a plus.
• Experience working with healthcare clients in the Columbus, OH area is a plus.
