• Responsibilities
• Lead and manage large-scale projects, ensuring alignment between business goals, timelines, and technical deliverables.
• Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to define and deliver optimal solutions.
• Perform data mapping, process analysis, and requirements gathering to design future-state workflows.
• Create and maintain detailed project documentation including business requirements, project plans, and use cases.

• Bachelor's degree in a Technology-related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in technical leadership or project management.
• Proven ability to gather and define business and functional requirements across multiple teams.
• Strong knowledge of software delivery methodologies including Agile, Iterative, and Waterfall.
• Skilled in project management tools and lifecycle methodologies.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and analytical skills with a focus on quality and execution.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple projects, and build credibility across teams.
