Summary:
The Mail Payment Operations Support Representative provides critical back-office support to ensure smooth financial operations across the organization. Key responsibilities include processing deposit and loan payments with accuracy and timeliness, return mail processing, reviewing check order alerts and executing daily core maintenance reports, collaborating with cross-functional teams including Accounting, Collections, Fraud Risk, Titles, and IT ensuring compliance and high-quality service for both members and internal stakeholders.
