Senior Project Controls Manager

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Project Controls Manager. This role involves leading project controls services for major client accounts and supporting business initiatives. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in managing project control teams and delivering successful client projects.

Responsibilities

• Establish and execute the strategic direction of project controls including cost, risk, and schedule management.
• Lead project budget approval processes.
• Conduct risk workshops with the project team.
• Motivate the team by providing clear direction and goals.
• Develop and produce regular project reports.
• Manage project estimating and asset costing.
• Develop and implement change management strategies.
• Establish metrics for progress reporting.
• Lead the Project Controls Team with quality assurance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or related field.
• Graduate degree preferred in quantity surveying, cost management, construction management, or engineering.
• 12+ years of relevant project controls experience with portfolio controls.
• 5+ years managing project control teams in a consulting environment.
• 5+ years managing project controls in a regulatory or mission-critical environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management software.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
