This role is ideal for a creative marketing professional who can see the big picture and help develop marketing tools that enable professionals to attract new clientele. The Business Development Manager works with the firm's Marketing & Business Development Department to identify opportunities, manage projects from start to finish, oversee initiatives, and drive revenue growth. It requires a high level of attorney interaction and visibility, strategic communication, strong writing skills, proactive and creative thinking, and solid workload prioritization.

The candidate must have a bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related area. A minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in business development or marketing roles is required, ideally in a professional services field (legal, accounting, financial), plus at least three years of managerial experience. Experience in business development strategy, pitch and proposal formation, creating and monitoring business plans, goal tracking, and sales pipeline management is required. Working knowledge of client relationship management software and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required. Must possess an exceptional attitude to meet the needs of internal and external clients.
