The CBRE Union Operating Engineer role is a 3rd shift position (Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday, 11pm-7am) responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment and systems for an assigned property. The role requires 4-5 years of experience and a high school diploma or equivalent. Key responsibilities include performing repairs, maintenance, and inspections, responding to emergency situations, and documenting activities. This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.
