Portfolio Strategy Director

As a CBRE Portfolio Strategy Director, you will be responsible for providing advice and guidance for investment opportunities to a large global client. This role is part of the Portfolio Management job function, which manages portfolios comprised of various classes of assets. You will provide formal supervision to one employee, supervise the training and development of staff, and conduct performance evaluations and mentorship. You will also coordinate and lead the team's daily activities to support the client's goals and objectives. Additionally, you will lead the client relationship with the head of real estate, provide recommendations on portfolio and business strategies, and empower the team to identify and implement innovation and critical thinking across the portfolio.

To perform this role successfully, you will need a bachelor's degree preferred with 8-12 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. You should have solid understanding of real estate financials and lease terms, ability to lead the exchange of critical, complicated, and difficult information, and leadership skills to set, lead, and achieve targets with a direct impact on multiple department results within a function. You should also have in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products and sophisticated math skills.

The minimum salary for the Portfolio Strategy Director position is $145,000 annually and the maximum salary for the position is $175,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program.
