The CenterWell Strategy Consultant provides data-based strategic direction to identify and address business issues and opportunities to improve patient outcomes. Provides clinical quality business intelligence and strategic planning support for business segments or the company at large. The CenterWell Strategy Consultant work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
This role will support the cross-asset CenterWell clinical quality strategy team. This team partners with Segment leaders to deliver personalized and integrated care that improves experience, quality, and outcomes.
This individual will engage with each CW business to understand the business strategy and scope of clinical capabilities and functions, building a working knowledge to inform identification and validation of potential synergies, business-specific requirements, risks, and clinical integration paths.
This role will partner with the analytics teams across HUM and CW to inform the cross-asset clinical strategy, clinical programs, and operations. They will use the insights to evaluate progress towards strategic objectives and for continuous improvement and evolution of the coordinated care model.
In addition to partnering with each line of business, this role will support the inventory of existing clinical initiatives and help to identify gaps and opportunities for greater clinical collaboration. This could result in oversight of new programs, optimization of existing programs, and identification of future services and programs needed.
This individual must be comfortable with business strategy and conversant with clinical data to contextualize and prioritize gaps and opportunities, and measure progress.
The ideal candidate will have a business degree and have a clinical background working as a nurse, social worker, counselor, or other patient-facing role. This person should be able to understand the build, measure, learn and test and learn framework and how to manage a program.

Pay Range The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $86,300 - $118,700 per year.
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
