As an Area Product Owner within the CCB Finance Data & Insights team, you will assume a critical and influential role in shaping, defining, and executing the strategic vision and roadmap for our Business Intelligence (BI) and profitability initiatives. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including CFOs, Business Units, P&A, Technology, Data & Analytics (D&A), and Design. Your efforts will support and enhance operations in Home Lending Originations, Home Lending Real Estate and Servicing.
Your primary responsibilities include overseeing and managing the monthly account-level balance sheet and profitability processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with organizational goals. You will develop and implement innovative BI solutions using tools such as Thoughtspot and Tableau to provide actionable insights and drive data-driven decision-making. You will also support data wrangling and create/deploy new Databricks tables and BI tools to enhance capabilities and deliver value to stakeholders.
You will lead a global team of over 25, demonstrating strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills, and a deep understanding of financial data and BI technologies. Your ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders will be essential to driving initiatives that contribute to growth and profitability.
