Senior Technology Business Analysis – SAP FSCM

As a Senior in Technology Business Analysis, you will be instrumental in connecting business needs with technical solutions. You will play a pivotal role in evaluating business models, eliciting requirements, and ensuring the technical teams deliver solutions that are in perfect harmony with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate complex business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
• Configure and implement solutions that align with business needs.
• Identify opportunities for service expansion and contribute to sales through RFP responses.
• Travel regularly, lead project streams, and actively engage with clients.

Skills and Attributes

• Action‑oriented with strong delivery, solution, and project execution skills.
• Analytical capability and decision‑making based on comprehensive policy understanding.
• Ability to guide and develop junior team members.
• Proven track record of complex problem‑solving and relationship management.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service, and technical writing skills.
• Comfort researching client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices, and new technologies.
• Willingness to travel to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 2 to 4 years of relevant with SAP ERP based systems and at least one full implementation cycle focusing on SAP FSCM modules.
• Working knowledge of SAP FICO applications beyond FSCM.
• Prior system configuration experience with FSCM modules, including organizational hierarchy definition.
• Defining customer Business Partner master for FSCM views and strong knowledge of customer master management.
• Setting up credit control parameters and checks; blocked sales order monitoring and processing.
• Collection group and strategy definitions; experience with collection processes.
• Dispute creation and management processes, dispute attributes, automatic write‑off configuration.
• Strong knowledge of AR.

Preferred (Ideally)

• Prior consulting industry experience or deep functional experience.
• Relevant SAP certifications, e.g., C_TS4FI_2023 SAP Certified Associate – SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition, Financial Accounting.
• Prior industry experience in Accounting department.
• Proactive approach to professional development.
• Ability to adapt to diverse environments and cultures.
