Talent Acquisition Coordinator 3 - Onboarding Team

On behalf of the Wexner Medical Center (including its hospitals, College of Medicine and Comprehensive Cancer Center (CCC)), the coordinator will perform various processes to ensure the successful onboarding of new team members to include but not limited to the I-9, background check and badge processing experience.

The I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification and background check review of acceptable identification documents for accuracy and compliance within established guidelines, handle situations that may require additional processes, and provide support to the overall team.

Minimum Requirements:

  • HS diploma (or equivalent) and 1-2 years experience preferably with I9 and/or background checks, or a combination of education and experience.

  • Must be available to work 100% on-site Monday-Friday
