In this role, you'll bring structure, creativity, and strategy together to elevate our learning experience. From acting as a key player designing high quality and engaging learning materials and programs to always being on the lookout for continuous improvement opportunities, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our training programs are not only effective—but inspiring.Your work will directly support associate development, business goals, and a learning culture that grows with us.**Responsibilities:*** Contribute creative development expertise to online training—designing digital content, leveraging multimedia tools, and experimenting with new modalities (interactive courses, gamification, video, and microlearning) to make learning accessible and engaging* Partner with department leaders to plan and organize impactful learning and development initiatives (internal and external)* Act as a key member of our training design team to help create engaging, effective learning experiences that leave a mark* Collect feedback and continuously improve the learning experience* Bring your expertise with Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, InDesign) and Articulate 360 to produce high-quality, visually compelling training content**Qualifications:*** Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience* 8-10 years of experience in instructional design and e-learning development* 3–5 years working with LMS platforms (Workday Learning experience is a big plus!)* Solid Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Visio skills, with experience working with data and producing relevant reports* Familiarity with SCORM, AICC, and xAPI e-learning standards* Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud and Articulate 360* Problem-solver with an eye for process efficiency and continuous improvement* Strong communicator and team player—comfortable working across both technical and functional teams* Eager to learn new systems and tools with a proactive mindset* Experience supporting process improvements and system updates**Bonus Points For*** Knowledge of Workday reporting, dashboards, and calculated fields**At Illuminate USA, we are committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace.
