Position Name: Java Developer (Backend) – GCP Focus

We are looking for a skilled Java Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable, and secure applications. The ideal candidate will have experience in full-stack development, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Java-based applications.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, testers, product managers) to define and implement new features.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems for performance and scalability.
• Integrate applications with databases, APIs, and third-party services.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and consistency.
• Contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to improve development practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of hands-on Java development experience.
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
• Proficiency with Java 8+, Spring / Spring Boot, Hibernate / JPA, and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git, GitHub, GitLab).
• Solid understanding of unit testing and test-driven development (TDD).
