Dr. Yan Hu's lab is seeking a bioinformatics scientist with strong single cell RNA-seq and Visium HD expertise to analyze single-cell and spatial transcriptomics data, support lab training, and advance lung regeneration research. Dr. Hu seeks to advance our understanding of lung epithelial progenitor cell function and develop innovative strategies to enhance lung tissue repair.
