Director Business Customer Development

The Dir Business Customer Development role has a national salary range of $104,000- $198,000.

Job Description

• Manage executive‑level customer relationships for profitability and growth.
• Hunt for and develop new business opportunities outside of existing customer base.
• Ensure that company profit goals are met.
• Responsible for revenue and gross profit.
• Focus on customer satisfaction.
• Pipeline goals – including gross revenue in pipeline, growth against target and business close ratio.
• Establish client‑specific value propositions for outsourced services, performance against stated objectives, business growth, and business consultancy.
• Identify profitable business ventures for pursuit.
• Engage additional company resources in the pursuit of business.
• Develop/meet all specified revenue and pipeline goals.
• Utilize strong customer satisfaction skills.

Required Education And Experience

• Bachelor's Degree, required.
• MBA, preferred.
• 10+ years of Supply Chain experience, preferred.
• 5+ years of sales/consulting experience, preferred.
