What to Expect

• Lead a team of offshore software engineers, providing mentorship and technical guidance throughout the software development lifecycle
• Architect, design, develop, and deliver full-stack applications using Java, GWT, NetWeaver, Cloud, .NET, and Oracle technologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, scope, and deliverables
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
• Troubleshoot complex software issues to maintain application stability and reliability

What is Required

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer with a focus on specified technologies
• Proven leadership experience with a track record of successful project deliveries
• Strong knowledge of software engineering principles, design patterns, and best practices
• Excellent problem-solving skills and strong communication abilities
