About the Opportunity

The Full Stack Developer will design, build, and deploy scalable enterprise applications supporting investment operations, digital account funding, and financial data processing platforms. This individual will work closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality, production‑grade solutions that drive automation and improve efficiency across the technology stack.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full‑stack applications leveraging modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Node.js, Java, Spring Boot, .NET Core).
• Build APIs and microservices to support integration with core banking, trading, and client servicing systems.
• Collaborate with product owners, analysts, and QA teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure code quality, test coverage, and adherence to CI/CD pipelines.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security compliance.
• Participate in agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and contribute to iterative delivery cycles.
• Support deployment and monitoring of solutions in cloud and on‑prem environments (AWS, Azure, or internal hosting).

Requirements

• 6+ years of full‑stack development experience in enterprise financial environments.
• Strong proficiency in front‑end frameworks (React/Angular) and back‑end languages (Java, .NET, or Node.js).
• Experience with RESTful API design, database technologies (SQL/Oracle/PostgreSQL), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of security best practices and financial data handling protocols.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills; capable of thriving in a fast‑paced, regulated environment.
