We're looking for a Full-Stack Software Engineer with strong Java/J2EE expertise and a knack for cloud-native development. You'll be part of a collaborative, agile team pushing boundaries to deliver exceptional code and business value.

What You'll Do

  • Design, develop, and deploy secure software solutions using Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, and AWS
  • Collaborate in an agile environment to build microservices and APIs
  • Apply DevSecOps practices using tools like GitHub Actions, Harness, Kubernetes, and Splunk
  • Troubleshoot and optimize performance using New Relic and other observability tools
  • Contribute to frontend development (React/Angular experience is a plus)
  • Support Smart Products innovation and personalized insurance solutions

What You Bring

  • 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, and Microservices
  • Familiarity with Kafka, REST/SOAP APIs, and Apigee
  • Experience with AWS, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Strong understanding of secure coding and web‑based security practices
  • Exposure to JUnit, log analysis, and monitoring tools
  • A growth mindset, adaptability, and a passion for learning new technologies
