Job Summary

Lead and coordinate business systems analysis activities for financial/banking projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate business systems analysis activities for financial/banking projects.
• Work with Snowflake and AWS S3 cloud data warehousing solutions.
• Perform data modeling using Erwin or similar tools.
• Develop and document source-to-target data mappings.
• Apply enterprise data warehousing best practices and standards.
• Conduct data mapping analysis as needed.
• Prioritize and manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.
• Provide leadership and guidance to other Business Systems Analysts on the team.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders (verbal/written).

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in financial services (banking) industry.
• 3+ years' experience with SQL or similar query tools.
• Hands‑on experience with Snowflake and AWS S3.
• Experience in data modeling and mapping.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Proven ability to lead BSAs and project teams.

Preferred / Nice To Have

• Prior experience conducting data mapping analysis.

Compensation

Annual salary $55,000 - $65,000 (Columbus, OH)
