About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Director of Clinical Development to spearhead the design and execution of innovative clinical trials across our diverse programs. As the Clinical Development Lead for one or more clinical initiatives, you will drive strategic development to identify, address, and mitigate program-level challenges while facilitating clear communication across functions. Your expertise will be essential in designing clinical trials and developing protocols that align with our clinical development goals.

In this pivotal role, you will oversee medical monitoring, contribute to regulatory documents, and lead a dynamic cross-functional development team. Ideal candidates will possess a robust background in clinical development, particularly in leading and executing clinical trials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, providing scientific and medical input for regulatory documents.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory standards.
• Develop and implement strategies for Advisory Boards and foster relationships with key opinion leaders and patient advocacy groups.
• Maintain up-to-date scientific knowledge in relevant therapeutic areas.
• Mentor and support clinical scientists, medical monitors, and study leads, with potential direct reporting responsibilities.
