Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Administrative Assistant to the Alvis Executive and leadership teams. The position will perform routine and non-routine administrative tasks, manage schedules and calendars; prepare reports, presentations, and documents. Maintain the agency's newsletter, organize special events; make travel preparations, manage expense reports. Serve as back up to the CEO's executive assistant, as needed. This is an on-site role, located in the Columbus, Ohio Metropolitan Area.
