This role helps create a safe, fun, and supportive environment for children ages 39, with a focus on early sports experiences for ages 35. Responsibilities include program setup and teardown, check-in, leading activities, and supervising volunteer coaches and sports officials to ensure program quality and alignment with YMCA values.
