About the Role

In this role, you will support the documentation requirements of the analytical laboratory and its clients. Success in this position will require strong attention to detail and effective communication skills. You will be expected to demonstrate integrity, a commitment to quality, and a proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement.

What you'll do:

  • Create and deliver accurate, professional Certificates of Analysis for customers.
  • Support the ongoing management and improvement of the Quality Document Control system.
  • Assist in maintaining calibration schedules and managing inventory for quality-related equipment and materials.
  • Participate in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop, update, and optimize quality documentation and workflows.
  • Monitor and enforce adherence to established quality standards across operations.
  • Review experimental data and documentation for accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
  • Take on additional quality-related responsibilities and projects as needed.

What you'll need:

  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred. Prior experience in the dietary supplement industry is a plus.
  • Experience with document control in a regulated industry such as dietary supplements, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software systems.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
