Position Summary:The Team Lead is responsible for overseeing the activity of their assigned department and shift and providing daily direction to the team regarding work assignments and priorities. Role models our purpose and values so that the team delivers safety, quality, cost, and reliability targets daily. Demonstrates creative thinking to solve issues, ensures critical objectives are met while executing projects to continuously improve the area.
