Automotive Painter

Join our team as an Automotive Painter, where you will play a crucial role in prepping and painting automotive parts, chassis, or bodies. Your expertise in buffing and sanding parts for prep, using an HVLP spray gun to paint, and conducting quality checks will ensure the highest standards in our custom work.

Responsibilities

• Prepare automotive parts, chassis, or bodies for painting by buffing and sanding.
• Utilize an HVLP spray gun to apply paint with precision.
• Conduct quality checks to identify and rectify any paint defects.

Essential Skills

• At least 1 year of schooling in automotive painting.
• Proficiency in using an HVLP paint sprayer.
• Ability to sand, buff, and prep parts effectively.
• Understanding of paint defects and solutions.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Familiarity with PPG paints, including codes and colors, is highly beneficial.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Grove City, Ohio.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
