The Platform Product Group focuses on creating a reliable, scalable, and compliant platform that emphasizes efficiency and quality. Various teams within this group, including Product Foundations, Machine Learning, Customer Experience, and Infrastructure, work collaboratively to support the core operations of Coinbase.

Within the Developer Experience, the Release Team plays a critical role in establishing systems and processes that enable engineers across Coinbase to develop and deploy software securely and effortlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enhance and maintain build and deployment systems developed in Golang.
• Create scalable and resilient solutions to address unique challenges using modern cloud technologies and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with engineers and leadership to translate our product and technical vision into actionable quarterly roadmaps.
• Deliver exceptional support to our internal engineering teams.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in software engineering.
• Experience designing, building, scaling, and maintaining backend services and infrastructure.
• Proficient in writing high-quality, well-tested code to satisfy customer requirements.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the capacity to identify issues, determine root causes, and implement solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the blockchain sector, including knowledge of onchain activities such as interacting with Ethereum addresses and engaging with decentralized applications or blockchain services.

Pay Transparency Notice: The targeted annual salary for this position ranges between $152,205 and $179,300 USD, depending on your work location. Coinbase offers full-time positions that include bonus targets, equity offerings, and comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)).
