Compensation Programs Manager
This is a remote work opportunity. The Compensation Programs Manager is an individual contributor role, responsible for helping design, implement, and administer the Securitas North America compensation programs that support the organization's strategic goals. This role places a strong emphasis on the annual merit and bonus cycles and North America mobility and relocation plans. This role will collaborate with HR, finance, and business leaders to support compensation strategies that attract, retain, and motivate top talent. This is a hybrid role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end administration of the annual merit and bonus cycles, including planning, system configuration, communications, training, and reporting.
- Collaborate with HRIS team to manage compensation tools and systems to support efficient and accurate processing of merit increases and incentive payouts.
- Manage global mobility programs, including domestic and international relocations.
- Design and manage short and long-term incentive plans, including eligibility criteria, performance metrics, payout structures, and governance.
- Collaborate with Finance to align incentive plans with business goals and financial targets.
- Conduct job evaluations and market pricing to ensure competitive and equitable compensation.
- Provide guidance on compensation-related matters to HR Business Partners and leadership.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations.
- Develop and deliver compensation-related communications and training for managers and employees.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in compensation, including program design and implementation.
- Strong analytical skills and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and HRIS / Compensation systems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience working in global or matrixed organization is preferred.
