Assistant Director of Eligibility, Analysis and Operations. Department:Strategic Enrollment | Financial Aid. The Assistant Director of Eligibility, Analysis & Operations for Student Financial Aid provides oversight, leadership, and direction to the staff, operations and activities for the area. Works in conjunction with the Associate Director to plan, prepare and implement operational policy, programs and process improvements for undergraduate and graduate professional students. Manages and coordinates financial aid packaging and ensures compliance. Provides oversight, leadership, and direction to the staff, operations and activities of the Eligibility, Analysis & Operations area.
