Job Title: Packer - Manufacturing (Gahanna, OH)
Pay: Competitive hourly rate + overtime opportunities
Shifts: 12-hour rotating shifts (flexibility between 1st and 3rd shift, 3 days on / 2 days off rotation)
Job Summary
Adecco is hiring Packers for a leading manufacturing company in Gahanna, OH. This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable, growing team that values reliability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities
- Package finished goods according to production and quality standards
- Inspect products for defects and ensure accurate labeling and packaging
- Operate basic production and packing equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety and company procedures at all times
- Assist with general material handling and line support as needed
- Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lb. and stand for extended periods
- Reliable attendance and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work rotating 12-hour shifts
