Join a collaborative and forward-thinking civil engineering team where your expertise and leadership directly shape the commercial landscape of Central Ohio. We're seeking a Senior Civil Engineer, PE to take on a Project Manager role within our Commercial Development group.
In this role, you'll lead diverse, high-visibility projects-from retail and office complexes to industrial, healthcare, and large mixed-use developments. You'll partner directly with clients, manage project teams, and guide every phase of the process-from concept through construction-to deliver innovative, buildable, and sustainable site solutions.
What You'll Do
- Lead the design and delivery of complex commercial development projects across multiple sectors.
- Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring project goals, timelines, and budgets are met.
- Oversee all aspects of site design, grading, drainage, utilities, and permitting.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers while fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team culture.
- Review and approve design calculations, drawings, and specifications, ensuring technical excellence.
- Solve design and construction challenges through creative, practical engineering solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and active Ohio PE license.
- 10+ years of experience in civil/site design, ideally within commercial development.
- Strong communication and leadership skills with a proven ability to manage clients and projects.
