About the Role

The company is on the lookout for an inspirational Senior Vice President of Business Development to spearhead strategic growth initiatives within our oncology practice alliance. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in expanding our network, cultivating strategic partnerships, and enhancing our commitment to delivering outstanding patient-centered cancer care.

As a strategic leader, you will oversee commercial operations, identify avenues for expansion, and shape a robust strategic pipeline for growth. Collaboration is essential; you will work closely with marketing and communications teams to enhance branding efforts and partner with corporate development to explore potential new practices and partnerships. Setting ambitious sales targets, developing production and sales goals, and leading a dedicated team to secure the organization's financial health will be crucial to your success.

To be successful in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an advanced degree preferred, and a minimum of 15 years of experience in an executive strategy and development position, particularly within the healthcare industry. A proven track record in strategic and business development, exceptional communication and presentation skills, and an in-depth understanding of oncology, including healthcare regulations and treatment modalities, are essential.

We are seeking a candidate with strong business acumen, a financial background, and significant experience leading and managing diverse teams. Responsibilities also encompass negotiating contracts, and an ability to travel up to 50% is required.
