Position: Director. As a School Director, youll be dedicated to the success of our next generation, committed to creating a safe, healthy environment and a culture where all children and team members can thrive.

Responsibilities

• Create a culture of support within the school for staff, families and children
• Cultivate an environment committed to health and safety
• Learn all essential functions for each position in the school so you can support and inspire
• Manage the operation of the school
• Ensure maximum enrollment and effective cost control
• Oversee all preschool operations including human resources, quality assurance and facility operations
• Hire, develop and retain staff
• Build positive relationships with families and the community

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, or related field
• 3-5 years of Director experience in a licensed child care facility
• Strong background in state licensing regulations, staffing, enrollment and budget management
• Demonstrated highly-effective organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
• Proven track record in overseeing all preschool operations including human resources, quality assurance and facility operations
• Strong commitment to building positive relationships with families and the community
