About the Opportunity:

The Business Analyst will support data-driven transformation initiatives within financial operations, focusing on requirements gathering, process documentation, and workflow enhancement using emerging AI and LLM tools. This role bridges business and technology teams, ensuring clarity, traceability, and alignment across digital product development cycles.

Responsibilities:

* Partner with stakeholders to define business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

* Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for automation and AI-assisted improvements.

* Document business workflows, data mappings, and system interactions across investment and account funding processes.

* Work with data scientists, developers, and product managers to translate functional needs into technical deliverables.

* Support testing, validation, and user acceptance activities for new features or integrations.

* Utilize LLM/AI tools for accelerating requirements gathering, summarization, and change impact analysis.

* Maintain organized and auditable documentation aligned with regulatory and compliance standards.

Requirements:

* 5-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in financial services, preferably within investment or payments domains.

* Strong understanding of SDLC, agile methodologies, and business process modeling.

* Experience working with AI or data-driven tools for process optimization or documentation.

* Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

* Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Visio for managing artifacts.
