The Sales Administrator is a vital part of the High Bank Distillery team, driving brand growth by leveraging data, fostering relationships, and ensuring seamless operations both in Ohio and beyond. This role is responsible for coordinating with the Ohio Liquor Control (OHLQ), managing agency partnerships, supporting on-premise accounts, and overseeing out-of-state compliance, all while promoting High Banks award-winning spirits. The ideal candidate is energized by the craft spirits industry, thrives in a dynamic environment, and excels at turning data into actionable strategies.
The work environment can be dynamic and occasionally loud, particularly during events or tastings. There may be exposure to hazards such as hot surfaces, liquids, or slippery floors in distillery or event settings.
The employee may need to stand for extended periods, walk, bend, and stoop during events or tastings. The position requires the ability to use arms, hands, and fingers to handle materials and equipment. The role may involve lifting up to 50-75 lbs on a consistent basis, such as moving event materials or product displays.
This is a full-time position with an average of 40-45 hours per week. Occasional evening or weekend work may be required to support tastings and events.
Potential travel to regional territories may be required to support events or partnerships.
