Custodial Manager 1, Facilities Services (2nd shift)
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Custodial Manager to lead and coordinate the daily operations of our housekeeping team. This role is responsible for ensuring high standards of cleanliness and service delivery, while fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Responsible for planning, scheduling, and directing the daily activities of lower-level housekeeping staff. Develops effective working partnerships with stakeholders and ensures service delivery aligns with established service level agreements. Promotes employee development and motivation through regular feedback and coaching and assists in resolving workplace disputes. Manages operational risk by enforcing policies and ensuring adherence to procedures. Identifies opportunities for process and/or service improvements. This role also includes responsibility for the accuracy of administrative records such as timekeeping, inventory, and other documentation. May assist in managing vendor contracts.
The target salary range for this position is $24.95 to $29.95 per hour, with a shift differential for hours on 2nd shift. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to, education, years of experience, internal equity, etc.
