Due to growth we are currently seeking to add a Systems Administrator to our exceptional team. You will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and supporting our clients' network infrastructures in order to provide maximum performance. You will need to be outgoing, customer-service focused, a team player, organized, and detail-oriented.

Requirements

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Design, implement and support cloud infrastructure.
2. Provide support and troubleshooting to resolve technical issues for end users.
3. Support of Microsoft related technologies: Windows Server, Office 365/Exchange, SQL, SharePoint, etc.
4. Support of virtual environments including VMware, and Hyper-V.
5. Support of backup and disaster recovery solutions.
6. Configure, install, and support various network devices and services, including WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, & security.
7. Liaise with third-party vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.
8. Improve customer service, perception, and satisfaction.
9. Communicate to Customers: keep them informed of progress, notify them of impending changes or agreed outages, etc.
10. Business Awareness: specific knowledge of the customer and how IT relates to their business strategy and goals.
11. Document internal processes and procedures related to duties and responsibilities.
12. Maintain strong client system documentation to include system reviews and recommendations.
13. Maintain daily documentation by entering time, expenses, and all work as service tickets in Connectwise.
14. Work through a daily schedule in Connectwise that has been established through the dispatch process.
15. Review IT publications and online materials to remain up-to-date with current and future technologies emerging in the industry.

Knowledge, skills and/or abilities required:

1. Experience working for a Managed Service Provider strongly preferred.
2. Either MCSE 2012/2016 or VCP 6/6.5 certification a plus.
3. 5+ Years of experience in the IT field required.
4. Experience with Cisco, Meraki, Datto, VMware, Office 365 platform and Advanced Support on Mac OS a plus.
5. AWS or Azure experience a plus.
6. Ability to multi-task and function collaboratively as a member of a fast-paced, client orientated team.
7. Enthusiastic and dedicated to the challenges of a growing company and client base.
8. Excellent follow-through to see tasks through completion.
9. Self-starter with the ability to perform independently with little or no supervision.
10. High level of organization; strong attention to detail.
11. Ability to pass a background check.
12. Current, valid US driver's license is required.
13. Job is hybrid position including both onsite and work from home.
