To assist the head coach in overseeing and directing the boys & girls wrestling program.

Job Description :

* Instruct/ coach and support student- athletes in the fundamental skills, strategy and physical training for them to realize a degree of individual and team success

* Lead, instruct/coach in a manner that embodies, creates, and enhances ethical and moral values, pride of accomplishment, good sportsmanship, self-discipline, self-confidence and team work

Minimum Qualifications: All of the following must be met on or before the first practice and throughout the entire season of the sport.

* Pupil Activity Permit (ODE CERTIFICATION)

* Successful completion of all ODE, OHSAA and District required trainings

* Passing of the required BCI/FBI Background Checks

* Follow all RCS Board Policies

* Complete a full season of the sport

* Maintain professional, ethical and suitable conduct

* Communicate effectively with students, parents, Athletic Director, administration and all stake holders

SALARY: In accordance with the established salary schedule.
